We are a small independent business and each order is handled individually. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
After this time, orders automatically enter processing and fulfilment and cannot be cancelled.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched it must follow the standard returns procedure below.
Returns Window
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
Return requests must be submitted within this period by contacting us with:

Photos where applicable
Once a return is approved, the item must be sent back within 14 days of return approval.
Returns requested outside this timeframe may be declined unless required under UK consumer law.
Return Authorisation Required
Returns must be authorised before being sent back.
Items returned without prior authorisation may result in processing delays or refusal.
Condition of Returns
Returned items must:

Be unworn, unused and unwashed

Be free of odours, marks, damage or alteration

Be returned in original condition and packaging where possible
Customers are responsible for any loss in value if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
If a returned item shows signs of wear or damage that make it unsellable, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial refund reflecting the loss in value.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once the return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
If a return does not meet the conditions above, the item can be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order once your return is approved.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Abuse of Returns
To protect our small business from misuse, we reserve the right to:

Refuse service to customers showing excessive or abusive return behaviour

Cancel future orders where misuse of our returns policy is suspected
UK Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including rights provided under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015.
